The further up the scale you go, the more I would generally expect stronger mana bases to show up because it matters more: cEDH (Bracket 5) decks will want the most efficient mana bases they can have, whereas mana bases for Exhibition (Bracket 1) decks matter less because games are slower and highly thematic
