It is probably the number one camomile to aid sleep, and can also be useful for stress and as a support for the skin. The aroma is sweet and agreeable, but definitely has an edge to it, containing about 5% 1,8 cineole (found in eucalyptus oils) which gives it a freshness, and may help with mucous like conditions.
